What the price covers, and what it does not.
Most disagreements about web work come from a vague scope. This is where the standard price stops and a separate quote begins.
Written, designed and built for your services and service area.
The headline, structure and wording are part of the build, not an add-on.
Built for a customer holding a phone on the side of the road.
Click-to-call, a quote form, or a booking widget connected to a tool you already use.
Including the switch-over from an existing site with no downtime.
Name, categories and website link checked so the map listing agrees with the site.
Taking money on the site is a different build with different obligations.
Anything with accounts and stored customer data is quoted on its own.
A separate service with separate economics. We will say so rather than quietly bill for it.
If something needs buying, you approve the cost before it is spent.
We host what we build. Inheriting someone else’s site is a different job.
Priced per page once the first five are live and earning.
What does the A$999 build include?
Up to five focused pages, custom messaging and visual direction, responsive development, a call/form or booking path, domain connection and launch. Unusual features are scoped separately first.
What does A$100 per month cover?
Managed hosting, SSL, security monitoring, backups, forms or booking connection, direct support and reasonable small text or photo changes. Larger expansions are quoted before work begins.
Are there any other costs?
Your domain, if you do not already own one, is registered in your name and renewed by you — usually around A$20 a year. Paid extras such as stock photography or a third-party booking system are agreed with you before anything is spent. There is no setup fee and nothing to pay for the preview.
When is the A$999 actually due?
When the approved site is finished and ready to go live — not at the start, and not while you are still deciding. The monthly service begins on the day it launches.
Do you take a percentage of leads or bookings?
No. A fixed build price and a fixed monthly fee. Whatever the website earns is yours.
