Terms of service

Up & Booked is a trading name of Pawon Limited, a company incorporated in
Hong Kong. These terms apply when you order our services. Your agreed order or
quote confirms the scope and price, including any agreed changes to the standard
offer below.

Your website

Your private design preview is free, with no obligation to order. It usually starts
with the homepage; we build the remaining pages after you approve the design and
pay. Uncommissioned previews remain ours and are not published or offered to
another business.

The standard build price is US$1,000, paid when you order, before the full build
starts. It includes up to five pages, design, wording, mobile-friendly development,
a call or enquiry path or connection to an existing booking tool, domain connection
and launch.

We confirm timing once we have the information and access we need. We review the
finished site with you before launch. Reasonable revisions within the agreed
direction are included; a substantial change of direction is quoted separately.

Monthly care

Website care is US$100 per month, billed in advance. Your first month after
launch is included in the build price. Monthly payments start one month after launch.

Care includes hosting, SSL, backups, security and uptime monitoring, upkeep of
connected forms or booking integrations, direct support, and unlimited everyday
text and photo changes under fair use. Fair use covers normal updates to your
existing site; ongoing rebuilding, redesigns and new features are quoted separately.

The basic booking system will be included when it launches. Optional Pro features
will cost extra. A coming-soon feature is not yet available, and no launch date is
promised unless agreed in writing.

Advertising, ongoing SEO and other marketing work are quoted separately. Management
fees, advertising spend and printing or distribution costs are agreed before work
starts. All prices are in US dollars.

What we need from you

You provide timely information, access and approvals. You are responsible for the
accuracy of your business details and claims, and for having permission to use the
photos, logos, reviews and other material you supply.

Ownership and cancellation

Your domain stays in your name. Once the build is paid for, the website design and
content created for you are yours. Our underlying platform, tools and reusable
components remain ours; third-party materials remain subject to their licences.
Monthly care applies to sites we host.

Either side can cancel the monthly service by email, effective at the end of the
current paid month. There is no minimum term or cancellation fee. We provide a
portable copy of your website files and reasonable help moving to another host at
no extra charge. Rebuilding for another platform is outside this scope.

We may suspend service for non-payment after written notice and end it if invoices
remain unpaid for 60 days. Your domain and website files remain available to you.

Results and liability

We do not guarantee particular rankings, enquiries, bookings or revenue. Our total
liability arising from these services is limited to the fees you paid us in the
12 months before the claim. This does not exclude liability or rights that cannot
lawfully be excluded.

Changes and contact

Hong Kong law governs these terms. We give active clients at least 30 days’ email
notice of material changes to the terms before they take effect.
